BUILDING THE FUTURE OF THE ALASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY
ONE PARTY • ONE MISSION • READY FOR NOVEMBER
“Over the last two years, Alaska Republicans have come together like never before: rebuilding our party, restoring our voice, and standing strong for the values that unite us. From Anchorage to Fairbanks, from the Kenai to the Mat-Su, Juneau, and Ketchikan, we’ve shown that when we organize, train our volunteers, support our candidates, and engage our communities, we win. We’ve rebuilt our grassroots infrastructure, strengthened and increased our fundraising, and expanded our outreach so the Alaska Republican Party is stronger and better prepared for the future. Our focus is simple: show up, listen to voters, and fight for the principles that make Alaska exceptional: faith, family, freedom, strong communities, and American energy from Alaskan soil. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made together, and I’m ready to continue working beside each of you to keep growing and building our party; a party that is united, energized, and ready to win in 2026 and beyond.”
– Carmela Warfield, Alaska Republican Party Chairman
“With the support of my husband, Jason, our two sons, and a growing community of dedicated Republicans standing with me, I am seeking re-election as Chairman of the Alaska Republican Party. If entrusted with another term, I promise to continue dedicating myself fully to the work ahead — communicating openly and honestly, leading with hard work and collaboration, and serving with transparency and respect. Together, we will continue strengthening our Party, ensuring it remains financially sound and firmly grounded in the principles of fiscal responsibility.”

FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE
GROWING REPUBLICAN REGISTRATION • INVESTING IN REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES & RECRUITMENT • BUILDING PIPELINES OF SUCCESSION
Strong Republican Leadership
Our Party must exemplify characteristics of being well-organized, professional, knowledgeable, and well-funded. We have worked hard over the past two years and made great strides in accomplishing this goal. Through our collective efforts, we will continue to serve as an example for our communities and fellow Republicans.
As Chairman, I will continue to work to develop local pipelines of succession across our state and our team will continue to execute our work to empower, educate and equip our activists to effectively serve in communities – in our schools, councils, boards and assemblies; to develop our bench and strategically position our experienced activists for future leadership roles.
Strong leadership begins with a strong organization – and together, we have developed a strong organization. If re-elected Chairman, I will continue strengthening our team and our Party’s structure, investing in continued training, modernizing our tools, and ensuring our regions, districts and precincts have the support they need to grow and succeed.
Electing Republicans
As we approach the crucial 2026 election, let us remember that our primary responsibility as a state party is to secure the election of Republicans at every level. To achieve this, we must continue to be united and share knowledge, resources and information across precincts, districts, and regions and to grow our relationships. In 2024, I promised to implement collaborative State Central Committee meetings, with break-out sessions for networking and training on use of data, campaigning, parliamentary procedure and more. We have delivered on that promise. By continuing to ensure we have effective and productive meetings and training, we will prepare and empower our dedicated grassroots activists to win.
Building on the successes of 2024, we are focused on the critical 2026 election cycle. By strengthening coordination between districts, continuing to expand our voter outreach, and equipping our volunteers with the tools they need to succeed, we will ensure Alaska Republicans are positioned to win up and down the ballot.
Trust and Integrity
Since becoming Chairman in 2024, I have worked every day to lead with integrity and transparency in service to our Party, my fellow Republicans, our community and our state. I believe strong leadership begins with trust, open communication, and a commitment to serving the grassroots of our Party. If re-elected, I promise to continue in this manner, and remain fully dedicated to the task at hand: continuing to work as a servant leader, communicating openly and honestly, and embodying traits of hard work, collaboration and respect.
Our Party is strongest when we operate with transparency, accountability, and respect for each other. As I seek another term as Chairman, I remain committed to continuing leading with honesty and integrity while working collaboratively with Republicans across Alaska to grow our Party and prepare for the victories ahead.
Growing the Party
Since becoming Chairman, together we have worked hard to grow the Alaska Republican Party through stronger grassroots organizing, increased fundraising, and deeper engagement with Republicans across our state. I have been honored to work alongside dedicated volunteers, district leaders, and activists who share a commitment to building a stronger Party.
The Alaska Republican Party must continue to focus its efforts to expand its reach and membership, including recruiting new and younger members who share our core values and principles to work alongside our more experienced Republicans. Through outreach and recruitment, we will cultivate new and enthusiastic Republicans who will strengthen the Party’s foundation.
We have also worked to significantly strengthen the Party’s fundraising efforts to ensure we have the resources necessary to invest in our organization and deploy meaningful support to help elect Republicans across Alaska. If re-elected, growing Republican registrations and expanding our grassroots network will remain a top priority. By reaching new voters, engaging new activists, and strengthening our precinct-level organization, we will continue building a larger and stronger Party across Alaska.
Advancing Republican Values
As Alaska Republicans, we are proud to champion policies that unleash Alaska’s extraordinary resource potential, encourage the entrepreneurial spirit, spur economic growth, and create opportunities for every Alaskan to thrive. We support strong national security, protect families, uphold and defend the Second Amendment, and stand firm against threats to our freedom and way of life.
We continue to stand proudly for the principles that define our Party: freedom, opportunity, limited government, strong families, and a thriving private sector economy.
As Chairman, I have worked to keep our Party active, visible, and engaged: expanding our presence and voice in both traditional and new media, regularly engaging with Republican clubs and grassroots organizations across Alaska, and working with leaders and stakeholders at the local, state, and national levels.
We have also hosted events that bring Republicans together and strengthen our team. One example was the Alaska Republican Party Gala, featuring U.S. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA), which brought Republicans together from across the state, built momentum, strengthened relationships, far exceeded fundraising goals and energized Republicans to stay engaged and active.
Hard Work and Determination
As we Republicans prepare for the coming year, I am reminded of President Lincoln’s words: “I am a success today because I had a friend that believed in me, and I did not have the heart to let him down.”
If re-elected to serve as your Chairman, I pledge to continue to uphold this trust every day and strive to not let you down.
Together, through hard work, unity, and determination, we will continue building momentum for Alaska Republicans and ensure our Party is ready to meet the challenges and great opportunities ahead. Together, we will win!
MY MESSAGE TO YOU
“I am extremely grateful for the many friends from across our great state who encouraged me to pursue this office in 2024, to seek re-election in 2026, who have worked alongside me during the past two years and are standing with me today. I am grateful for their prayers, encouragement, and support. I am humbled by the endorsements of many Republicans and the backing of wonderful organizations that share my love for our great state and country, and my commitment to strengthening our Party and building on the progress we have made together. Thank you for your trust and confidence in me.”
THANK YOU, ALASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY!
2024 PARTY CHAIRMAN ELECTION
“I am honored and humbled to have been elected your new Party Chairman and want you to know that I will work hard every day to be the embodiment of servant leadership.
By coming together as one unified Party, the Party of Lincoln, we can accomplish our goals: Repeal ranked choice voting, take back our lone U.S. House seat, grow our state House and Senate majorities, send President Trump back to the White House and create local pipelines of succession across our state. This is how we will create positive change in our communities, empower our grassroots activists, and together, with the grace of God and hard work, we will win.
As we move into the future, I am focused on these wise words from President Ronald Reagan: “There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit.”
